An Indigenous Elder shares her family’s personal traditional teachings on the power of cedar for health and wellbeing. The teachings have been passed down inter-generationally and are now shared in a series of 5 short modules. The Elder is recorded as she shares key terms in her language. The teachings are valuable for personal life skills and lifelong learning, professional development, and for mediators facilitating multi-cultural participants, to support healing and positivity.
