June 2026 Product Updates: More Flexibility Across the ADR Workflow
New enhancements help ADR professionals and organizations improve visibility, streamline administration, and manage work more efficiently across the full dispute resolution lifecycle.
The work behind dispute resolution includes a lot of moving parts—from intake and scheduling to case management, communications, billing, reporting, and data management.
Throughout June, ADR Notable introduced a series of platform updates designed to help mediators, arbitrators, ADR firms, courts, programs, and organizations manage that work more efficiently.
June’s enhancements improve visibility, expand reporting and payment options, simplify administrative processes, and create a smoother experience across the full lifecycle of dispute resolution.
More Control Over Case Access and Visibility
Organizations often need to balance easy access to case information with appropriate controls over who can view it.
A new View Assigned Cases permission gives administrators more flexibility when managing case visibility. This added level of control helps organizations align platform access with their internal roles, processes, and security requirements.
Additional updates improved the reliability of case searches, case displays, workplace case types, and case reporting, making it easier for users to find and work with the information they need.
More Flexible Reporting
Every organization tracks information differently. June’s reporting enhancements give ADR Notable users more ways to analyze the operational data that matters to them.
Reports can now incorporate custom date fields in addition to standard case creation dates. Reporting capabilities have also been expanded to include custom fields associated with cases, participants, and affiliated participants.
Together, these enhancements help organizations create more targeted reports, improve visibility into their work, and better understand activity across their cases and programs.
Additional refinements improved the consistency and usability of case status reports and other reporting interfaces.
Expanded Billing and Payment Options
Financial administration is an important part of managing an ADR practice or program, and several June updates were designed to make those processes more flexible and consistent.
ADR Notable now supports Electronic Funds Transfer, or EFT, as a payment type, giving organizations another option for recording and tracking payments.
Organizations can also establish default language for Advanced Fee invoices, reducing repetitive manual work and helping maintain consistency across financial documents.
Other enhancements improved invoice payment terms, subscription management, enterprise subscription processing, and the tracking of past-due account statuses.
A Smoother Account Setup Experience
New users can now create accounts directly within the ADR Notable production environment, helping reduce administrative steps and create a more efficient onboarding experience.
Enterprise subscription workflows have also been improved so that organizations can be configured more effectively after a subscription purchase. This additional automation reduces manual setup requirements and helps teams begin using the platform sooner.
Improved Professional Directory Management
Organizations that maintain panels or rosters of neutrals need an efficient way to organize, search, and present professional information.
New Professional Database filtering and sorting options make it easier to locate professionals based on panel membership and specialization. These enhancements are especially useful for firms and programs managing larger groups of mediators, arbitrators, and other dispute resolution professionals.
ADR Notable also introduced enhancements supporting dedicated Public Gallery domains. These updates provide firms and organizations with additional branding flexibility when presenting their professional panels online.
A Better Day-to-Day Platform Experience
Many of June’s releases focused on the smaller interactions that can make a meaningful difference in a user’s daily work.
Updates improved notification messaging, form validation, billing screens, and firm management settings. Changes made within the platform are now reflected more consistently, reducing the need for manual refreshes and giving users clearer confirmation that updates have been completed.
Administrators also have a new centralized process for removing case chat histories when necessary while preserving appropriate auditability and control over case data.
Faster Visibility Into New Subscriptions
ADR Notable now automatically notifies relevant sales and customer success team members when a new subscription is purchased.
These notifications help internal teams respond more quickly, support new customers during onboarding, and create a smoother transition from purchase to platform adoption.
Continuing to Improve the Full ADR Workflow
June’s releases reflect ADR Notable’s continued investment in the workflows that support modern dispute resolution.
From stronger reporting and case visibility to expanded payment options, improved professional directories, and simpler account administration, each enhancement is designed to help ADR professionals and organizations save time, improve access to information, and manage their work with greater confidence.
