Selected by the National Law Journal as one of 2020’s Emerging Legal Technologies, recognizing ADR Notable for developing mediation technology that could change the way legal services are provided – in this case, providing a software platform to help mediators manage the administrative tasks at every stage of the dispute resolution process.
ADR Notable app is a game changer for the way I manage my mediation cases. I love the clean, clear design that I can use on my iPad or any computer; using Apple Pencil in addition to a keyboard is what lets me actually give up the pen and paper, the auto-text from my handwriting is fantastic; setting up my Notes in the app with columns, just like on paper, is so helpful; sliding attributed Proposals around the page is fast and keeps me organized; using icons like thumbs-up and check marks, as well as custom color codes makes for very clean notes that transition onto the Terms and agreements page so easily; your customer service and tutorials make the learning curve painless. I plan to transition my parenting coordination work to the ADR Notable app.
Cobbling together software packages to handle your mediation matters takes excessive time, creates mistake opportunities as you transfer data, and diverts attention from value-adding work. I like ADR Notable because it integrates the time-saving tech you need in one software package enabling you to spend your time providing value to your clients and building your mediation practice.
Very easy point and click system. Very organized. Nowhere on the screen does it feel like you can “mess up.”
I liked that there were multiple means to achieve the same function – it reinforced the inter-connectedness of the information. I also found the linking function especially useful, as I could see it being very handy as the amount of information goes up in a given case.
