TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE ADR NOTABLE PLATFORM DURING BETA TESTING

The following Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Terms and Conditions for Use of the ADR Notable Platform and apply to you and ADR Notable during the beta testing period. By agreeing to the Beta Testing Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for Use of the ADR Notable Platform.

No cost to use for testing; free trial deferred. As a beta test participant (“Tester”) we invite you to become a registered user of the ADR Notable platform, to set up new cases and to use the platform for its intended purposes at no cost. Your 3-month free trial period will not begin until ADR Notable announces its full commercial launch. We will let you know when that happens.

ADR Notable Terms and Conditions. ADR Notable’s full standard Terms and Conditions which, in part, describe the confidentiality and data security offered by ADR Notable, will apply during the beta test period. You can review them at https://www.adrnotable.com/terms-and-conditions/.

Tester feedback. In return, you agree to provide user feedback about your experience with the ADR Notable platform. You can provide immediate feedback by clicking on the “Help” tab in the top right corner of any screen within the ADR Notable platform. This will lead you to our customer service site where you can report issues with the software, identify places where more explanation is needed or offer suggestions for new features. In addition, we will ask you to complete a survey to help us capture additional information about your experience with our platform.

Beta testing period. The beta testing period is currently in effect. You may terminate your testing of the ADR Notable platform at any time. ADR Notable will determine a time for the beta test period to end in its sole discretion. We will provide notice of the termination of the beta test period at which time your free trial period will begin. Once you set up cases in ADR Notable, you will be able to access them even after the expiration of the beta test period and for up to 12 months after your free trial period without an obligation to subscribe. You will need to purchase a subscription or per case license to set up new cases after the expiration of your free trial period.

Data you enter during the beta testing period. If, after the test, you choose to continue to use the ADR Notable platform, your data will simply be retained under your registration. If you choose not to continue your use of the platform, you may request the return of your data in a standard computer format such as .csv or request that all of the data associated with your registration be deleted.
