I would like to see how the ADR Notable Training Solution works. How can I do that?

The easiest way is to sign up for a demonstration. We can also give you access to a mock “40-hour Basic Mediation Skills” course to see an example of what your trainees could be offered.


Are you willing to provide any training or orientation to the ADR Notable platform for my course?

We’d love to! Zoom us into your class or have your students sign up for small-group training sessions. We will work with you to provide the orientation you prefer.

Can anyone other than those enrolled in my course see the materials I upload?

No. You control the people who have access to your Training Library by inviting them to the course. When they accept, they will be able to see the documents, clauses, and checklists you have uploaded. A student enrolled in one of your courses will not be able to access the material in a different course unless she is signed up for that course and invited by you.

Is there a limit to the number of students I can include for each course?

No, ADR Notable can accommodate a significant number of students. If you have an unusually large group, send us a message and we’ll talk.

What are the options for providing ADR Notable to my learners?

There are two:

  • The easiest way is to add the cost of an annual subscription to the fee you charge for your course. Because all your Learners will have unlimited access to the platform for a year, this enables you to train using the ADR Notable platform with your documents, slide decks, checklists, and clauses already embedded.  (Read Rosemary McCollister’s white paper for a practical guide.)
  • Your learners can subscribe to a version of the ADR Notable platform that includes your Course Library.  If they do so before the end of the course, they will receive 10% off the discounted annual fee.

Either way, new ADR Notable users in your class will receive an extended 90-day free trial when they subscribe.  Trainer co-marketing incentives may also be available and are described in your acceptance email.

How can one of my learners customize a checklist or clause?

There is a one-click Copy button that will copy your document, clause, or checklist into a User’s own Library. At that point, they can edit it as they wish. This is a great time-saver when it comes to things like adding personalized preamble text to a Memorandum of Agreement.

Is my intellectual property protected in any way?

Because the materials are only available to your enrolled trainees, the distribution is the same as if you were to make digital versions available. If desired, we can add a watermark to PDF files that would appear when the document is printed.

Can I update a document in my Course Library?

Yes.  You control what is in your Library and you will always have the ability to add, edit, replace, or remove any documents, checklists, or clauses that you have uploaded.

Why do I have to apply to have my training materials added to the ADR Notable platform?

We use an application process for two reasons.  The first is to determine if ADR Notable is a good fit for your training practice, and the second is that we limit the number we accept in order to provide the best possible service to our ADR Notable Training Partners,

I have a reference library of case law and other materials that would be valuable for my students, but would not require immediate access during a case. Can you accommodate that?

Yes! If you like, we can make a section of our Knowledge Base available for this purpose. Again, you control who has access. When they click on the link to your proprietary section, your trainees would be asked to sign in to the ADR Notable Knowledge Base where they would see a menu option for your materials. In this case, you will not have a separate section for each course; all of your trainees from all your courses would have access to this same section.

You can be creative as to how you use this section. For example, you can list your upcoming Training Courses, with links to your Registration page.
